API service terms
Published 25 October 2026. Checkout is available only when merchant setup is complete.
Prepaid API access
Credit is denominated in USD and purchases access to supported model inference. It is not a cryptocurrency, investment, token allocation or promise of financial return. Published input, cached-input and output rates apply separately. Reasoning tokens count as output. Token-holder pricing becomes available when the DeepHat mint is enabled. Eligible customers verify a linked Solana wallet for the displayed threshold and rates. Until launch, regular pricing applies. Holdings are rechecked before each request; expired proof or an unavailable balance check pauses inference until reverified or the discount is turned off. Falling below the threshold uses regular pricing. Requests retain their admitted pricing tier through settlement.
Payments and usage
Crypto invoices specify the asset, network and amount. Pay only the invoice shown by the hosted processor. Do not send money directly to an address copied from elsewhere. Credit is added after payment verification. Payment fees and network minimums may apply. A return to this site is not proof of payment.
API credit is reserved before inference and settled using provider-reported usage. Interrupted or uncertain requests may remain reserved while reconciled. Do not blindly retry an uncertain payment. Contact the merchant through its payment invoice support details for billing, duplicate-payment or refund assistance. Refund requests and mandatory consumer rights are handled individually; no automatic refund or conversion to cash is promised by this interface.
Acceptable use
Do not use the API to break the law, access or probe systems without authorization, distribute malware, send spam, infringe privacy or intellectual property, harass or threaten others, create sexual content involving minors, or create intimate depictions of real people without consent. Do not evade rate limits, abuse promotional credit or interfere with the service. Upstream model-provider restrictions also apply.
Account security and availability
Keep your keys private, revoke leaked keys promptly and report suspected compromise through merchant support. You are responsible for requests made with your keys. Access may be limited or suspended for abuse, exhausted credit or provider unavailability. AI output can be wrong; review it before use. No uninterrupted availability or outcome is guaranteed. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
